6x4 Wooden Raised Hideout Hatch Play Den with Platform

The ladder can go either end or one of 3 front positions. . Featuring 4 opening ports for those all important water guns so look out!! It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano high to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with Perspex. 

It is manufactured in T&G (shiplap) from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine shiplap boards.  The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating by you immediately on installation, once you've agreed on a colour! 

The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber and the OSB roof is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. 

The Playhouse is sturdy and durable and comes with a 10 year anti rot guarantee for peace of mind. 

Please Note: The playhouses do not come pre painted but are pre-treated with water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction

We offer free delivery to most Mainland UK postcodes excluding Scottish Highlands and all Offshore Islands.

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
