This 7ft x 5ft two storey wooden playhouse with loft area will provide your children with hours of fun and entertainment. Safety has been taken into account with the windows made from 100% shatterproof styrene a safe alternative to glass, with the doors having a one inch gap so children don’t trap their fingers. This high quality Playhouse is arranged over two levels, so is the perfect den, adding extra fun for children. This garden building is constructed with tongue and groove cladding and 10mm solid sheet board floor and 8mm roof and is supplied with a free basecoat factory treatment. The Playhouse is sturdy and durable and comes with a 10 year anti rot guarantee for peace of mind.

As with all of our Playhouses and Outdoor Toys, the Stockade Tower Playhouse is certified by TUV Safety Testing BS EN-71 European Toy Standards. The playhouse is sturdy and durable and is constructed from high quality tongue and grooved Timber sourced from Baltic regions

Please Note: The playhouses do not come pre painted but come pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction

Where we deliver:

We deliver to most UK Postcodes with the exception of: 

• England: Unavailable to DT6-8 EX PL SY TA TQ TR postcodes
• Scotland:  Unavailable to Scottish Postcodes (including Scottish islands)
• Wales: Only available to CH HR NP postcode
• Off-shore islands

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
