4 x 4 Rowlinsons Single Storey Little Lodge Garden Playhouse

This high quality garden building is constructed from 12mm shiplap cladding with solid board roof and floor.

Our playhouses are designed with safety in mind so all our children’s buildings comply with European standard EN71, giving you peace of mind. The playhouse comes with two styrene fixed windows, a safe alternative to glass allowing lots of natural light to flood the building.

The playhouse is finished in an attractive honey brown wood preservative; giving extra weather protection for the building. This little lodge would make a perfect addition to your garden, giving your children many hours of fun and adventure.

Please Note: It is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality preservative shortly after construction.

Supplied with felt, fixings, and full instructions for DIY self-assembly.

Where we deliver:

We offer free delivery to most Mainland UK postcodes excluding Scottish Highlands and all Offshore Islands.

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
